Kaleidoscope campaign by Gabi Besançon

At Vaincourt, we support and encourage young creative talents. An engaging personality with a committed and meticulous eye, Gabi is a young photographer with a passion for horse riding, nature and fashion. She is presenting her personal work at the Arles 2023 meetings this summer.

Vaincourt has given her “carte blanche” for a summer photo campaign inspired by vivid colours. Her research into light and background colours transforms simple fashion photos into a pictorial rendering, with bold colour combinations that pay homage to our corsets and belts from Haute Maroquinerie, made in France.

We would like to thank Valentine Gauthier, the responsible ready-to-wear brand, for entrusting us with their latest Héliotrope Spring/Summer 2023 collection for our Kaleidoscope shoot! The sober elegance of Héliotrope, the brand's eco-responsible values, and the feminine, colourful fabrics are a perfect match for the Vaincourt world represented in this shoot.

We wanted to demonstrate, if proof were needed, that a belt can transform a look and assert a style with character.
