Vaincourt belts are measured from where the leather turns through the buckle to the middle hole. Size may vary depending on how you wear your belt: around your waist or on your hips. You should measure your hip circumference for a trousers belt and your waist circumference if you wear your belt around your waist.

OPTION 1 : HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE USING ONE OF OUR BELTS ?

Lay the belt flat on a table and measure with a tape measure from the hole you use to fasten the buckle tongue through to where the leather turns through the buckle. Make sure the belt is flat on and stretched out tightly and as straight as possible. This measurement is the size of the leather belt you need to order e.g. if the measurement is 95 cm, you should order a Vaincourt belt size 95.

OPTION 2 : HOW TO FIND YOUR TROUSERS BELT SIZE USING A TAPE MEASURE ?

OPTION 3 : HOW TO FIND YOUR BELT SIZE USING A TAPE MEASURE IF YOU WEAR YOUR BELT AROUND YOUR WAIST ?

Measure your waist circumference with a tape measure, making sure you place it where your belt would sit. Do not squeeze (see below). This measurement is the size of the leather belt you need to order e.g. if the measurement is 75 cm, you should order a Vaincourt belt size 75.

Metropolitan France (excluding overseas departments and territories) and EU countries (excluding Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Norway and Romania):

Free delivery. Administrative costs and custom duties may be added by our haulier for deliveries outside metropolitan France.

Your order will be delivered within two to three days for addresses in France and within three to five days for addresses within the European Union.

Rest of the world:

€30 delivery costs including custom duties will be added to your order.
Your order will be delivered within five to ten days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by clicking on the tracking link in your order confirmation email.

You have changed your mind and would like to return an order? Returns are free within fifteen days of delivery. A full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method.

How to return your item?

1. Email us at contact@vaincourt.com asking for a return. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
2. Securely wrap the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
3. Affix the prepaid shipping label on your parcel and drop it at the post office, at a pick-up La Poste point or straight in the post-box. Log your return on the La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire
4. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Please ensure you keep your stamped proof of mailing until we have refunded you.

Please note: We only refund goods unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please handle your belt with care when you first try it in order not to damage it.

You have changed your mind and would like to return an order? You will be required to pay for the return of the products to us and we will not be held liable for any damaged or lost return. Returns should be arranged within fifteen days of delivery. A full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method.

If your item appears to be faulty please attach pictures to your email to help us find a solution.

Your belt is made from materials selected with the utmost care. To ensure you enjoy it for many years, please treat it with the same care. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and rain. If it gets wet, dry it straight away with a soft cloth. Put it away in the box or the cotton protective case it came in. Clean it only with a dry, soft cloth.
